European Translation Services are specialists in translating and interpreting between Dutch, Flemish and English. The company is owned and run by Anne Lee, a graduate of the University of Leuven and Hull University, with over twenty years working experience of translation and interpreting. Anne holds all relevant professional qualifications, has passed the Metropolitan Police exam for Public Service Interpreters and is an accredited member of the Institute of Linguists.

The company carries full professional indemnity insurance and uses the latest versions of all software, dictionaries and proofing tools. Sensitive to both national and regional variations in language, European Translation Services are used to dealing with confidential commercial and legal documentation and always work to strict time schedules.

Recent translation projects include an annual report for the National Bank of Belgium, a 350 page book on metallurgy for the University of Delft, the Digital Jewish Memorial Project, databases and web sites for the University of Amsterdam, a plant manual for Volvo, confidential documentation for the UK National Crime Squad and Northamptonshire Police and in excess of 200 documents for the University of Leuven. We have also carried out simultaneous interpreting assignments for ASB Law, in the High Court, and for the Severn Trent Water Authority.
